The first thing you will realize is that CrossFit does not discriminate, we are a group of people from all walks of life! Whether you are 60 years of age or can do 60 push-ups in a row, whether you are recovering from a broken heart or recovering from a broken ankle, we are all here with one common goal. To better ourselves through fitness, and CrossFit is damn good at just that.
“Scalable” is a word you will hear often at GUN IT. During each class everyone does the same workout, but each activity has a scalable option. This makes it possible for all of us; with our different levels of fitness abilities, body types, and personal goals, to workout beside each other safely. You will find our clan cheering each other on, motivating each other for that last rep, and sometimes even a healthy competition, but ultimately every workout is your determination alone! You workout at your pace.

Our On-Ramp program is 4, 1 on 1 training sessions. These sessions will get you up to speed on the movements and how the gym operates. After your sessions are completed the rest of the month is free.Get More Info

Bootcamp is a ladies only fitness class with functional movement instruction. Whether you are new to fitness or skill building, this class can be for you. Owner and operator, Brett is a CrossFit level Two Trainer, CrossFit weightlifting training certificate, as well as, CrossFit Kids. When you love what you do it’s never work. There is nothing more rewarding than watching an athlete accomplish something they ever thought possible.
Niki has been CrossFitting since 2014 and attained her Level 1 coaching in 2017. She passes along her love of CrossFit and strives to make each class one of the best hours of her members day. Niki finds a growing passion in CrossFit because of the special community at Gun It - a supportive community built on friendship and fun disguised as hard work and supreme health. “Be the person who decided to go for it”
Jorel loves to coach and is very blessed to be a part of a community of like-minded individuals that have a passion for helping others achieve their goals.He has been coaching for over ten years and enjoys introducing new skills to individuals, especially Olympic Weightlifting and gymnastics, but also loves to facilitate the growth and efficiency of each individual by refining and improving the simple movements performed in CrossFit. Education/Certifications include BSc. Kinesiology (Exercise & Sport Studies), Clinical Exercise Physiologist and CrossFit Level 1.
Amber is a L1-Crossfit coach and a newer member of the Gun-it coaching team. She started her Crossfit journey looking for a new challenge and fell in love with multiple aspect of the sport including the constant variation in programing, challenging WOD’s and deeply rooted sense of community. Her passion includes connecting physical fitness to other areas of wellness such as mental & emotional wellbeing and sense of belonging.
Over the course of the last few months, the crew at Gun It Crossfit has become like a second family. I have worked out consistently for the last several years, but always on my own, and usually doing traditional weight lifting.
In August 2019 I was 6 months postpartum with my first child, and had hardly set foot in a gym for almost a year. I was not super motivated and was feeling under confident returning to the gym post baby. Many of my friends were going to Gun It and I knew how much they loved it. What started as "meeting Brett for a visit", quickly turned into her passing me the iPad and new Crossfit membership. I had stepped way outside my comfort zone, and my only regret is that I did not do it sooner.
Both my husband and I now attend Crossfit regularly, and we often bring our son along with us. I have pushed myself further in the last few months than I ever had training on my own. All of the members and coaches are so welcoming and supportive. It is something we can do as a family and we have created many new friendships as a result. We are so thankful for the whole crew and experience at Gun It.
