The first thing you will realize is that Gun It Inc. does not discriminate, we are a group of people from all walks of life! Whether you are 60 years of age or can do 60 push-ups in a row, whether you are recovering from a broken heart or recovering from a broken ankle, we are all here with one common goal. To better ourselves through fitness ~ strength and conditioning is damn good at just that.
“Scalable” is a word you will hear often at GUN IT. During each class everyone does the same workout, but each activity has a scalable option. This makes it possible for all of us; with our different levels of fitness abilities, body types, and personal goals, to workout beside each other safely. You will find our clan cheering each other on, motivating each other for that last rep, and sometimes even a healthy competition, but ultimately every workout is your determination alone! You workout at your pace.

Our On-Ramp program is 4, 1 on 1 training sessions. These sessions will get you up to speed on the movements and how the gym operates. After your sessions are completed the rest of the month is free.

Each class is led by our specialized coaching team who will guide you through a directed warm-up, help with lifts and skills, and get you through the engine workout. All workouts are scalable to match your current fitness level. Together we achieve your fitness goals.
Get More InfoStrength Class is a mix of old school strength and Olympic lifting. Whether you are new to fitness or skill building, this class can be for you. With a combination of flexibility, mobility, weights and bodyweight movements we ensure that you get a good workout. Every level of fitness is welcome and every movement can be scalable. Working with one of our qualified coaches, together you’ll support each other into a healthier, stronger you.

Once discovered, while in a relaxed state, I use statements to change the way your body perceives and receives information.

Amber is a L1-Crossfit coach and a newer member of the Gun-it coaching team. She started her Crossfit journey looking for a new challenge and fell in love with multiple aspect of the sport including the constant variation in programing, challenging WOD’s and deeply rooted sense of community. Her passion includes connecting physical fitness to other areas of wellness such as mental & emotional wellbeing and sense of belonging.
Darcy started Crossfit about 5 years ago to get ready for an obstacle race. He found himself enjoying the accountability the community gave him. Darcy’s favorite part is the high fives and positive atmosphere. He loves watching people accomplish something that they once saw as unattainable.
Candice began her Crossfit journey 5 years ago and fell in love with the Crossfit workouts, atmosphere and especially the people! She just recently became a Level 1 coach to pass along her love for Crossfit while helping people reach their maximum fitness potential.
Owner and operator, Brett is a CrossFit level Two Trainer, CrossFit weightlifting training certificate, as well as, CrossFit Kids. When you love what you do it’s never work. There is nothing more rewarding than watching an athlete accomplish something they ever thought possible.
Over the course of the last few months, the crew at Gun It Crossfit has become like a second family. I have worked out consistently for the last several years, but always on my own, and usually doing traditional weight lifting.
In August 2019 I was 6 months postpartum with my first child, and had hardly set foot in a gym for almost a year. I was not super motivated and was feeling under confident returning to the gym post baby. Many of my friends were going to Gun It and I knew how much they loved it. What started as "meeting Brett for a visit", quickly turned into her passing me the iPad and new Crossfit membership. I had stepped way outside my comfort zone, and my only regret is that I did not do it sooner.
Both my husband and I now attend Crossfit regularly, and we often bring our son along with us. I have pushed myself further in the last few months than I ever had training on my own. All of the members and coaches are so welcoming and supportive. It is something we can do as a family and we have created many new friendships as a result. We are so thankful for the whole crew and experience at Gun It.
