Whether you are 60 years of age or can do 60 push-ups in a row, whether you are recovering from a broken heart or recovering from a broken ankle, we are all here with one common goal. To better ourselves through fitness, and CrossFit is damn good at just that.
“Scalable” is a word you will hear often at GUN IT. During each class everyone does the same workout, but each activity has a scalable option. This makes it possible for all of us; with our different levels of fitness abilities, body types, and personal goals, to workout beside each other safely. You will find our clan cheering each other on, motivating each other for that last rep, and sometimes even a healthy competition, but ultimately every workout is your determination alone! You workout at your pace.

Our On-Ramp program is 4, 1 on 1 training sessions. These sessions will get you up to speed on the movements and how the gym operates. After your sessions are completed the rest of the month is free.Get More Info

Brenna joined CrossFit in 2015 and took her Level One training in 2017. At first, CrossFit was simply a way to challenge and improve her fitness but the box quickly became a second home. Since becoming a coach she has a special interest in weightlifting. It's a privilege to be a part of each and every member's fitness journey, and watching them achieve their goals will never get old!
Niki has been CrossFitting since 2014 and attained her Level 1 coaching in 2017. She passes along her love of CrossFit and strives to make each class one of the best hours of her members day. Niki finds a growing passion in CrossFit because of the special community at Gun It - a supportive community built on friendship and fun disguised as hard work and supreme health. “Be the person who decided to go for it”
Darcy started Crossfit about 5 years ago to get ready for an obstacle race. He found himself enjoying the accountability the community gave him. Darcy’s favorite part is the high fives and positive atmosphere. He loves watching people accomplish something that they once saw as unattainable.
Owner and operator, Brett is a CrossFit level Two Trainer, CrossFit weightlifting training certificate, as well as, CrossFit Kids. When you love what you do it’s never work. There is nothing more rewarding than watching an athlete accomplish something they ever thought possible.
As someone who has been a strict weightlifter for the last 18 years and a professional athletes I have developed my own paradigms regarding training. Took me about 4 years to finally give CrossFit a chance and it wasn’t until I started have issues with functionality in my sport that I gave it a hard look. When I finally committed, it became very obvious very quickly that my conditioning had some serious shortfall compared to strength. First couple weeks were hard but instantly rewarding and improvements being made week after week. Brett and her other coaches instruct very well on movement, lifts, and pace as well as push you to your limits safely. I wish I had started this a few years back but I’m excited to see what this type of training with this gym with do for my 2020 season. Highly recommend this to anyone in my sport!
